Our hedgehogs have been very active recently and we see them most evenings foraging. They are taking advantage of the mild weather to feed well before hibernation.

How to find Tŷ Mawr Holiday Home Park We are on the B4353, off the A487 main Aberystwyth to Machynlleth road. From Machynlleth: follow the A487 to Aberystwyth. Nine miles from Machynlleth you will see a sign for the village of Tre'r-ddol (on the left is a petrol station called Clettwr Services). On the right take the turn signed to Borth and Ynyslas (B4353). Stay on this road for 2.5 miles and Tŷ Mawr Holiday Home Park is on your left. We have large green signs at the entrance. From Aberystwyth: follow the A487 to Machynlleth. Five miles from Aberystwyth is a left turn for Borth (B4353). Stay on this road for five miles (through Borth, carry on over the boatyard bridge and railway line) and at the end of the long straight Tŷ Mawr Holiday Home Park is on your right. Note: Borth can be very busy and the boatyard bridge is narrow with an acute bend. If you have a large vechicle you may prefer to miss the first B4353 sign and carry on for four miles to the second sign. The Wildfowler Pub is on your right (you will also see Clettwr Services on the right). Turn left at this sign for Borth and Ynyslas (B4353). Stay on this road for 2.5 miles and Tŷ Mawr Holiday Home Park is on your left. We have large green signs at the entrance. Grid Ref: SN 629 927 (O.S. Landranger 135)
