Terms and Conditions

For everyone's safety and enjoyment please read these rules carefully.

Arrival time is 1400 hrs (2.00pm); departure is 1000hrs (10.00am).

You must send the balance of the hire charge not less than 28 days before the start of your  holiday, otherwise your booking cannot be guaranteed.

Only persons whose names appear on the booking form may use the accommodation hired. 

Under no circumstances may the number of guests including infants exceed this.

We do not accept booking forms from all male or female parties (i.e. groups of more than two) nor from parties whose members are all under the age of 18 years.

You must bring and use your own bed sheets/duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, tea towels and toiletries.

If you bring a dog please keep it under control on a short  lead at all times, exercise it in the dog walk only and pick up after it.  Under no circumstances may your dog be left in the care of children or walked around any part of the Park other than the designated walk.

You must not leave children or pets unattended in holiday accommodation or let them climb on seating or bedding.

Pedal cycles, go peds, roller blades etc. are not allowed on the Park.

All vehicles must strictky observe the 10mph maximum speed limit.

Car parking close to the accommodation is limited to one.  Please ask the owners about parking for second vehicles.  When driving round the Park, please keep to the roads and do not drive over the grass.

Ball games of any kind between the caravans can be hazardous; please use the top field for all such games.

The owners endeavour to maintain all amenities as advertised but shall not be liable in the event of their non availability.  If accommodation is not available the owner's liability is limited to a refund of any monies paid.

The owners reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate the stay of anyone who in their opinion causes nuisance or fails to comply with any of the conditions or regulations.

The owners accept no respnsibility for any accident, loss or damage to any person, caravan, vehicle or property whilst on their land, whether or not the same is contributed to or is caused by negligence on the part of the owners or their agents.
